Overview:
You will be using your strong analytical skills and expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel to manage corporate KPIs, budgets to actuals, industry co-op programs, and ad hoc analysis. This key position reports to the Operations Director, and interfaces with a variety of internal functions and with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and report monthly on corporate KPIs and leadership team OKRs
- Support the annual financial budget process and rolling 12-month forecasts by providing timely and accurate reports to the Controller
- Create financial packages for Board of Directors
- Work directly with OEM’s to enroll our customers in industry co-op
- Develop monthly reporting and analyses for internal groups
- Lead cross-functional reviews of customers with suspended or non-standard billing
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and financial modeling
Requirements:
- Expert Excel spreadsheet, pivot tables, VLOOKUP and chart skills; you’ve used Excel on a daily basis for 3+ years
- Strong organization skills to handle a variety of activities and successfully meet strict deadlines set by our vendors
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and superb accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Eagerness to share information and present data in a compelling manner
- Intellectually curious and interested in understanding not only the “what”, but also the “why” as part of your analysis.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or technical field desired, along with 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Thrive as a team player in a fun, fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
- Experience with NetSuite, Domo, and Salesforce a plus
