Participate in fundraising campaigns, grant administration, major gift and/or charitable
development programs.

- Assist with fundraising campaigns including budgets and timelines. Coordinate the creative process, file selection, production and mailing, and the acknowledgement process.
- Support strategy to train staff on marketing campaigns, soliciting donors, and defining levels of
giving and benefits. Create printed materials and updates databases and websites with campaign program information. - Implement donor relations/recognition activities. Develop donor confidence and relationships through effective gift solicitation, processing and acknowledgement.
- Support the development and implementation of tracking strategies for solicitation efforts and perform analysis of data for results.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Certification specializing in Fund Raising preferred.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Understanding of and appreciation for Ascension Wisconsin’s mission.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience and progressive responsibility in fundraising operations management, with a strong grasp of and commitment to best practices in prospect research, donor data management, and/or pipeline development.
- Track record of building successful relationships with team members, coupled with ability to be a self-motivated, independent thinker where needed.
- Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously with close attention to detail and prioritization of deadlines.
- Ability to creatively conceptualize and implement new projects and high-level strategy.
- Proficiency with Google applications especially Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides, and development databases, Raiser’s Edge preference.
