- Manages all internal operations for the Impact Alamance Building and Conference Facility.
- Supervises Conference Center Coordinator.
- Serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors Including Providing support to board committees and serving as the point person for board meeting logistics.
- Manages administrative functions including supply orders, phone service and communications with vendors.
- Coordinates special events and provide support for foundation programs and initiatives.
- Manages information systems including technology, audiovisual equipment and phone system.
- Provides direct administrative support for the President and Vice President of Programs.
- In partnership with the President and Grants and Finance manager, supports the Foundation's budget and finances; authorizes and approves Foundation expenditures.
- In partnership with the Vice President of Programs, oversees the grants management system including the coordination of approval letters, grant agreements, payments entries and requirements, and financial management and reporting.
- Manages contracts with outside consultants and vendors
EDUCATION:Required: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in communications, or related field.
EXPERIENCE:Required: Five years of relevant experience
Preferred: Seven to ten years of progressive relevant experience and responsibility.
