In the Out of Home Care Department, you will be working alongside our licensing teams to help support the foster home licensing process as well as the foster parents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date information regarding foster home files and electronic databases.
- Helps process licensing packets for submittal to the Department of Children and Families for licensing of foster homes.
- Communicates relevant information to foster parents.
- Coordinates and/or assists with coordination of special projects, as assigned (Foster Parent Appreciation events, etc.)
- Responsible for data-entry, record keeping, maintaining and creation of spreadsheets, and file management as assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years general office experience.
