This vacancy will be responsible for providing support to the Woburn office.
The role is hybrid, full-time day shift from 9-5pm, with flexibility to respond to office and staff needs, and work an on-call rotation.
$1,000 sign on bonus
Exempt role, starting at $58,044.40
As a Regional Director at Devereux Therapeutic foster program you will be responsible for the direction of human, financial and operational activities within the Regional office. Maintains relationships with DCF and other providers. Knows, plans, and oversees in collaboration with the Administrator, the budget for the Regional office. Participates in strategic planning, conducting weekly staff meetings and bi-weekly clinical group meetings. Supervises cases and attends collateral meeting reviews. Advises Administrator of programmatic operations.
This role reports to the Administrator of Therapeutic Foster Care. Devereux offers TFC Services in 4 locations, this role will be in Woburn, MA.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid Drivers License
Master’s degree in Human services or related field, required
Minimum of 2 years experience in human services, 1 year specifically in Foster Care & 1 year supervisory experience in Human Services, required
Must be currently licensed in the field of social work, or closely related clinical field, or able to obtain licensure within the first 6 months of hire for continued employment.
Must be bilingual - English/Spanish
Availability to complete 2 day orientation training located in-person in Rutland, MA: Monday - Tuesday from 8am - 4pm
