Fort Totten Site Grounds Maintenance

Summary of Work

• Landscaping activities to include lawn mowing, string trimming, and tree pruning.
• Gardening activities including planting seeds, weeding, and watering plants and gardens.
• Building maintenance activities such as changing light bulbs, fixing windows, and painting.
• Maintaining the general cleanliness of the site. This involves removing trash, picking up debris, sweeping, dusting, mopping, and waxing floors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have experience with, or a willingness to learn, using power tools such as a chainsaw, string trimmer, roto tiller, and drill.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work with other team members.
