Summary: Seeking motivated individuals for entry-level manufacturing positions. The Manufacturing Associate will primarily perform weigh-up or packaging duties within the production department. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality product at the lowest cost while meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements.

Essential Duties:

• Obtain correct documentation for batch production and ensure accurate delivery of ingredients.
• Weigh out ingredients according to recipe specifications as needed.
• Notify appropriate personnel of any issues, problems, or concerns in a timely manner.
• Safely and neatly process, batch off, screen, cut up, package, and/or skid materials to correct size/container according to customer specifications.
• Supply and support Production Operators with appropriate materials to keep equipment operational efficiently.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in manufacturing and packaging preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
