Hourly Wage

The hourly pay range for this position is $22.00-$25.00 per hour.
This position is eligible for a $500 sign on bonus for all hires from 11/1 to 12/31, 2023. Bonus will be paid to employees in good standing in two parts, $250 after 30 days and the other $250 after 60 days of employment.
Key Purpose
- To drive a Food Truck as well as cooking on the Food Truck
- Load and unload containers, hot carts and utensils and make proper distribution
- Maintains product rotation, product labeling and cleanliness of walk-ins and food storages areas
Candidate Experience Required
- Proven experience driving a 35-foot Food Truck or similar vehicle.
- 1-2 years of cook experience required.
- Valid state driver's license
- Must be 18 or older
- Clean and safe DMV driving record
- Current Food Handler card
Success Criteria
- Must be able to work in hot and cold environments
- Work with the Executive Chef, FOH Manager, and Catering Manager on a variety of projects
- Work with on-site porters on storerooms and delivery of food
- Work with pantry supervisors on remote pantry product deliveries
Key Accountabilities
- Day to day support of kitchen, front of the house, and pantry deliveries
- Perform daily, on-time deliveries
- Clean and maintain delivery trucks (interior and exterior) daily
- Maintain maintenance records and delivery log documentation
- Perform pickup and drop-off of product inventory
- Clean and safe work area
- Workplace Safety guidelines, policies, and SOPs are followed daily
- Food Safety guidelines, policies, and SOPs are followed daily
- HACCP guidelines, policies, and SOPs are followed daily
- All internal audit guidelines, policies, and SOPs are followed daily
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs
- Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code
- Employee must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
- Requires the ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Requires the ability to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials
- Requires the ability to stoop, kneel, bend and reach
