Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, cooking meat, and assembling dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from customers
- Set up and break down banquet and catering events
- Assist with bartending duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or Food Service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of banquet and catering operations is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and equipment
