The PGT (PepsiCo Global Template) SAP Warehouse Deployment Associate Manager will be accountable for assisting the GTM (Go To Market) & Transformation Sr. Manager in all preparation required for Readiness, Deployment, and Hypercare activities in the (GTM) Process Area. The chosen candidate is expected to have a strong background in any of the following functions: Operations, Warehouse, or Sales, across manufacturing plants, DSD satellite warehouses and Cross Dock facilities. This role will partner extensively across the organization with the larger PBNA ERP project team, baseline business leaders, IT organization, Global Template Team and with the various external partners on the project (IBM and SAP).
The foundation of this role will require leading a team of deployment individuals who are experts in the new SAP system. The Deployment teams will support multiple locations at a time, ensuring end users have the proper system training, complete required Site Readiness Activities, and support other various Deployment responsibilities in GTM Operations.
The position requires the utilization of PBNA business process knowledge and Warehouse Management System knowledge to link the warehouse and inventory execution processes. Organizational impact is concentrated in areas listed below but not limited to:
PBNA GTM Cycle of Operations, Warehouse/Inventory Operations, Sales/Delivery, Settlement
Responsibilities:- Provide expert knowledge, experience, and SAP expertise to project activities within Warehouse, Inventory management, and GTM operations.
- Be a results-oriented “change agent” who can understand different scenarios and help facilitate big-picture and tactical execution throughout the project with a focus on continuous process improvement
- Produce project deliverables and ensure overall quality across various functions in the organization – includes Training, Deployment, and Best Practice Sharing
- Leading Centralized Knowledge Transfer Sessions and business readiness reviews
- Support end user training
- Lead adoption and change management, implementing process improvement to drive application sustainability.
- Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to PBNA ERP Project Leadership
- Network across project and division team members for advice, guidance, and assistance; resourceful problem solving
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 - $135,600 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years in bottling operations in GTM/Warehouse and/or Inventory capacity
- Solid understanding of GTM/Warehouse Cycle of Operations, Inventory Management and WMS logic
- Willing to challenge group thinking and ask difficult questions; Able to challenge requirements and business processes to ensure best practice
