Form of work- Assists in the supervision of all Food Service personnel in the performance of their daily duties.
- Acts as correctional officer in maintaining internal security of cafeteria (discipline of inmate employees and all other inmates in addition to maintaining security of all food, supplies and equipment).
- Acts as correctional officer by ensuring internal institutional security when performing shakedowns, escorting inmates from one location to another, etc.

State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and supervisory experience in quantity and quality cooking. (Or an approved equivalency as approved by the Division of State Human Resources).
SCDC Minimum Requirements:
- A High School diploma.
- Supervisory experience in quantity and quality cooking.
