Food Service Manager Adult Day Care

An established Adult Day Care program in East Orange, NJ is seeking a responsible, courteous and customer service oriented Food Service Manager. Must be ServSafe certified as a Food Service Manager and/or be a graduate of a NJ State approved course in Food Service management, and have at least 1 year of expereince in Food Service management. Candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising all kitchen operations Monday - Friday 630am - 230pm, to ensure provision of Breakfast, Lunch and a PM snack. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of the meals cooked at our sister facility next door, as well as ordering of all food, and all other Food Service needs of the facility.
