Food Server

Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle customer orders and payments efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry preferred
- Proficiency in food handling procedures
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and assist team members as needed
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system and OpenTable reservation platform is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Familiarity with sales techniques to promote menu items and upsell to customers
- Excellent guest relations skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
