Food Server

Jennings McCall is hiring Servers to join our team.

We are currently looking for a 5:30am - 2:30pm full-time position. The right candidates will have a positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Sufficient physical strength and coordination to carry meal trays, pour hot liquids, and serve residents in a safe manner.

· Desire and appreciation of working with Senior Citizens.

· To perform all duties in a patient, pleasant, efficient manner.

· To comply with the waitstaff dress code.

· To comply with the Resident’s Rights.

· To generally keep the dining room organized, neat, and clean. Specifically responsible to do assigned daily duty sheet and sign off each shift.

· To serve and clean up residents' meals in an orderly, safe, and friendly manner.

· To keep linens cleaned and stocked.

· To restock dining rooms and reset tables.

· Wash dining room items such as coffeepots, urns, tables and chairs as needed.

· To coordinate with others in setting up dining rooms for special events if needed.

· When necessary or assigned, waitstaff shall deliver meals to residents’ rooms.

· Other duties as needed and assigned by Department Manager and Administrator.

· To relay Residents’ concerns about meals to the Department Managers.

Pay: $15.45 - $16.50 per hour
