Essential Functions:
Responsibilities –
· Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
· Knows the food on the buffet.
· Gets beverages for guests.
· Performs necessary and assigned side duties.
· Pre-busses tables, busses tables, and resets tables as needed.
· Helps seat when asked or as necessary.
· Stocks supplies as needed.
· Checks back regularly on guests to ensure satisfaction.
· Offers assistance to all guests regardless of where they are seated.
· Complies with all departmental rules, side work assignments, and departmental procedures.
· Performs other duties specified or assigned.
Requirements:
· Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members.
· Possesses ability to work under pressure.
· Prior experience is helpful as well as a proven track record demonstrating sound judgment.
· Must also possess a cooperative, helpful and friendly nature, and present a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
· Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
· Must attend and pass Care (Controlling Alcohol Risks Effectively).
