Monitor and enforce food handling policies and procedures. Conduct a variety of audits and ensure protocols, processes, records and reports are maintained and communicated.

- Audit locations and employees using several methods designed to assist in training employees and improving food handling policies.
- Conduct retraining for employees according to established guidelines.
- Conduct audits of Food and Beverage Warehouse.
- Accurately enter data into Food Operations database.
- Keep all work and storage areas clean to meet local and state sanitation guidelines.
- Provide information and assistance to employees both over the telephone and in person.
