Food Runner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of food from the kitchen to the customers. Your main responsibility will be to deliver orders accurately and promptly, while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate table or customer
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of orders before delivery
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food running area
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new customers
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and culinary terminology
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
