Location and Schedule:

Atlanta Food Factory: 3781 Presidential Pkwy, Atlanta GA 30340 | Shift starting from 3:00 am or 6:00 am with one weekend working.

Job Responsibilities:

The role of the Food Production Team Leader is to assist the Production Supervisor and Production Manager to ensure the smooth operations of the factory.

• Maintain food supplies and calculate ingredients needed from the fridge and conduct daily production record.
• Ensure the production areas are cleaned and ready for use at all time.
• Check food quality according to the Bento’s standards.
• Take corrective record according to product’s quality.
• Assign duties to Production Teammates.
• Coach teammates on all operating standards including food safety and quality control.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma
• You thrive in a highly repetitive task environment
• Able to work in a refrigerated, cold climate
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lb) where required and stand for extended periods
• Flexible to work various shifts and weekends
• Ability to lead and direct a team
• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic English communication skills
• Basic knowledge in mathematics
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish
