Responsibilities and Duties of Cold Food Prep:
Our Food Preparers work in a 24/7 environment creating food items for our airline customers according to their standards. This high-paced facility produces up to 12,000 meals per day meeting the highest quality product following Safe Food Handling practices.
- Follows exacting specifications to meet standards set by customer
- Adheres to HACCP standards and all other food safety guidelines
- Works in a time sensitive environment ensuring all product meets required ready times

The Ideal Cold Food Prep Candidate must be able to:
- Work assigned schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays
- Work overtime when required
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
