Proven experience in implementing and configuring Duck Creek Claims software.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

In-depth knowledge of insurance claims processes and industry best practices.

Problem-solving and analytical skills to address system-related challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

Duck Creek Claims certification.

Previous experience with similar insurance claims management systems.

Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and compliance standards.
