Food Manager

`· · New position in a C-Store environment that requires the ability to develop and implement proprietary food service concepts, as well as menu planning and development.

· Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with associates, Managers, vendors, and customers.

· Ability to hire, train, develop, and lead a diverse team.

· Maintain a sanitary environment following food service and Health Department codes.

· Create an environment of dignity and respect for all associates and foster an atmosphere of positive morale.

· Five years of Food Service Management required (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience level will be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
