What you will be doing
- You will be responsible for all food and beverage production and service for the property as directed by hotel/company leadership.
- Supervises all of the food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, and bars
- Must harmonize the culture, mission, values, and quality standards to ensure maximum potential is achieved.
- This person must create an exceptional climate of professional and personable service that ensures the engagement of employees, guests, and owners.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards.
Requirements
Requirements include essential reading, writing, and Food & Beverage experience preferred. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. This job requires the ability to perform the following: regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently standing up and moving about the work area, often handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility, frequently bending, stooping and kneeling, frequently working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment.
Education & Experience
- Associate's Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two to three years of related experience and training.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead, motivate and develop others
