Allegheny Country Club has an excellent opportunity available for a skilled Food & Beverage Server.
In this role you will (but not limited to):
The primary role of the position is to provide fast, friendly, efficient Food and Beverage service to our membership and guests.
- Rearranges, wipes and sets tables for dinner
- Sets up side stations and performs assigned side work- Greets members
- Takes drink orders, serves cocktails and hors d’oeuvres- Informs manager when guests are ready for menus
- Fills water glasses while guests decide upon ordering
- Answers questions and suggests menu items
- Takes food orders
- Enters orders into the POS system
- Serves meal: From the left, places dishes by course in front of each person (ladies first)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 15 pounds
- Ability to work independently, as well as to accept and follow directions on given assignments
