Food And Beverage Resident District Manager - Southern Washington

Note: this role requires location to the Pacific NorthWest

Resident District Manager needed for a large contract food service operation within a casino environment in the Pacific Northwest. This individual will have complete oversight of all contracted operations, which includes high volume fast-casual style food court operations, catering, high roller VIP snacks, and employee dining of over 1000 meals per day.

Ideal candidates will have backgrounds from 1) Casino F&B or 2) Convention center F&B plus large-scale catering

This is a challenging role, but regular work hours will typically fall in the 50 55-hour range, but there may be some periods where more are required.

Resident District Manager requirements:

Solid tenure in one or more of the environments above.

The ability to be hands-on and operate within a client-facing role.

The ability to operate within an environment open 24/7/365.

The ability to attract and retain a great team within a challenging environment.

Resident District Manager Compensation and Benefits.

Salary in the 130-150k range
