Key Responsibilities:

• Data Keeping: Record and keep track of all data points from research, products, ingredients, experiments, and testing using Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
• Physical Setup: Prepare samples, manage raw materials, maintain physical and electronic records, and keep the R&D space clean and organized.
• Researcher: Research ingredients, recipes, methods, shelf life, ingredient sources, and vendors.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure product integrity by testing and tasting new and existing products. Assisting in finding ways to streamline and improve processes.

Competencies:

• A detail-oriented listener with a knack for understanding instructions clearly.
• A tech-savvy individual proficient in GSuite and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• A team player with a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently when needed.
• Passionate about the food industry and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• CULINARY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and walking
• Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs
