We are seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage director to oversee the daily operations of all Food and Beverage components in the complex. You will plan and supervise the activities of an extensive and diverse workforce to ensure a smooth and profitable operation.
The successful candidate will be a proven leader as defined by their followers, uses personality and talents to compel others to action and uses influence and relationships to accelerate performance. A creative thinker who has a proven track record of successful solutions for the property; this leader will provide the right balance of "push and pull" to deliver optimal performance.

Having the vision and foresight to anticipate issues and solve them quickly is paramount.
This position requires work on nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary to ensure continuity of operations.
Responsibilities
- Directs, develops, and works effectively with the leadership teams of the hotels, restaurants, and bars to ensure the properties maintain guest service standards of quality and service.
- Oversee the operation of the assigned Food and Beverage operations ensuring high quality service and product delivered in a consistent, timely, and exceptional fashion.
- Oversee the property’s banquet operations in compliance with set franchise standards and delivers the service and experience promised by our sales & operations teams.
- Plans, coordinates, and oversees banquets and special events
- Develops and meets set financial goals
- Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures regarding Food and Beverage preparation, cleanliness and health codes, licensing, and certification requirements for team members.
- Ensures alcohol awareness programs are in place and all SD liquor, beer and wine service policies, rules and procedures are strictly followed.
- Maintains operational unity among all areas of the properties
- Maintains guest service standards for all Food and Beverage outlets.
- A minimum of two (2) years of management experience in the full-service Food and Beverage industry.
- Experience with multi-unit, high volume operation.
- Must have the ability to keep up with fast-paced atmosphere and work under pressure
- Strong administrative and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example
- Ability to analyze and interpret documents, such as P&L statements for multiple outlets.
- Strong communications skills
- Expected to work any shift, including weekends, evening, holidays as needed
- 21 years of age or older
