```Duties```
- Assist with all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations, including but not limited to: dining room service, kitchen operations, and bar service
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
- Assist with managing inventory and control costs to meet budgetary goals
- Participate in maintaining a positive work environment for staff members
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
- Assist in monitoring compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation practices
- Utilize sales strategies to promote Food and Beverage offerings
- Utilize ForeUp POS system for order processing, payment transactions, and reporting
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of the food industry, including current trends and best practices
- Experience in bussing or food service roles is preferred
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns or complaints
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Demonstrated sales skills to drive revenue growth
- Food service background or understanding of food service concepts is beneficial
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to enforce proper sanitation practices
