Job description

```Duties``` As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following duties: - Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing - Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary - Assist with order entry and maintain accurate records - Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner ```Skills``` The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in clerical tasks - Ability to type accurately and efficiently - Experience with order entry systems - Knowledge of office management procedures - Previous experience as a medical receptionist or similar role is a plus - Familiarity with QuickBooks software is preferred - Strong administrative skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
