Front of House Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front of house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of front of house staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management

- Ensure excellent customer service by training staff on proper service techniques and maintaining high standards

- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control

- Collaborate with the kitchen management team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house

- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in all front of house areas

- Assist with food production and service during peak times or as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the in a full service restaurant setting- at least 2 years of bartending experience REQUIRED

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in cash handling procedures

- Knowledge of food service regulations and health codes

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
