Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the pay band (NH-01) or grade level (GS-04) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Planning and carrying out projects and analyses of organization's requirements and interpreting established policies and procedures;
Analyzing and applying knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) policies, procedures, cases and data/reports;
Applying knowledge of program management office goals and objectives to accomplish assigned programs; and
Utilizing Microsoft software programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, database files, etc. as well as management information system/office automation applications such as DSAMS, CEPT, SCIP, Information Warehouse, and other security assistance systems and tools.
