Positions: LVN - Home Health Field Nurses
Shift (s): Per Diem, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $26.00 -$32.00 (Overall Range) Case/Patient Specific -- $250 Bonus!
- Morning Shift : Monday-Wednesday, Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
Location(s): La Mirada, Whittier, South Whittier, Arcadia, Pasadena, Alhambra, La Puente, El Monte, Monrovia, Azusa, West Covina, Pomona, Montclair, Ontario, Montebello, La Verne, Upland, and many more surrounding cities!
Level of Care: Gtube, Trach and/or Vent

Responsibilities:
- Following Plan of Care
- Provide basic patient care and treatment
- Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
- Educate and update patients/family on medical treatments
- Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year LVN experience. **NEW GRADS are considered for job openings too**
- Current CA Vocational Nurse License
- Current CA Driver License
- CPR Cert. (Must be Healthcare providers/American Heart Association) no online certificates
- Current TB-PPD or Chest X-ray if applicable.
