```Duties:```
- Manage all aspects of the floral department, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and displaying flowers and plants
- Create and design floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and offering suggestions and recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral department
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
- Collaborate with other departments to create cross-promotions and maximize sales opportunities

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent service to customers
- Organizational skills to manage inventory, orders, and schedules efficiently
- Knowledge of floral design techniques and ability to create visually appealing arrangements
- Basic knowledge of gardening and plant care practices
- Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus
