SalaryPerro's Flowers, a family owned and operated florist serving Worcester since 1948, is looking for experienced Floral Designers to join our team! Candidates must have hands-on experience designing fresh flower arrangements for all occasions, including funeral flowers, in a full-service retail flower shop.
Requirements:
- Adhere to our design principles and recipes to consistently and accurately recreate floral designs made available to our customers.
- Successfully interpret customers wishes on custom design orders.
- Passion for quality products and excellent customer service.
- Positive approach to your work and interaction with others.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand for duration of shift.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, hands-on environment, on your feet and ready to go!
Actual starting wage based on level of experience; may exceed listed minimum $25/hr
