Responsibilites include but are not limited to:

· Providing exception levels of customer service on the sales floor, internet and phone to answer questions, assist in purchases and address any service needs as they arise.

· Have a working knowledge of gift inventory, fresh florals and plants to provide a concierge level service experience to our clientele.

· Monitor POS system and troubleshoot when needed.

· Receive and inventory new merchandise

· Provide Floral Design support such as creating arrangements, bouquets, local deliveries when needed and event set-ups.*

· Assist in creating and maintaining shop visual displays with a strong understanding of the Sweetbay brand.

Must be 18 years or older and able to commit to a core schedule of Tuesday – Saturday. This is an hourly position at approximately 32 hours per week. Must have a drivers’ license. Extended work days will apply during holidays. Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and stand on your feet all day is required. No Floral Design experience necessary as all training will be provided for the right candidate.

This role is ideal for anyone with a background in performance art, teaching, visual art, fashion design, visual merchandising and retail of any kind.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
