Jump Start Adventure Park is La Crosse's exclusive trampoline and adventure park! We are an action-packed, multi-attraction indoor experience for youth and adults of all ages! Designed for the adventure enthusiast, Jump Start features a variety of innovative core Trampoline Park attractions, Ninja Warrior Course, Extreme Nets Course, Parkour Area, Toddler Area, and much More! Ready for you to come out and play!

Previous management experience is preferred but not required. Business marketing and/or sales experience as well as social media marketing/promoting is also preferred.
The following are some of the duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Manager. It is not meant to be an entire definition of the position but rather an example of what is expected and required while employed at Jump Start Adventure Park:
- Run the park when General Manager is not scheduled.
- Offer support to employees regarding shift coverage, sales trainings and customer service.
- Make sure Cleanliness Inspections are being done according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure that Daily Safety Checklist are being performed every day.
- Make sure we have back up equipment for all attractions- maintain inventory of all trampoline beds, ninja obstacles, etc.
- Ensure all employees are performing: SOPs, Daily Safety Checklist, Cleanliness Inspection, Inventory Checklist, and Till Inspections.
- Make sure all guests sign waiver or make sure we are following Waiver Avoidance Fee directions in the waiver.
- Read Jump Start SOPs and follow them.
- Be CPR and First Aid Trained and use training when needed.
- Review the monthly reports with the GM and help plan for profitability, future capital improvements and other business matters.
- Make sure the management is a perfect example to all team members and guest
- Always be on time or early to shifts.
- Always come to work smiling and ready to promote FUN!
