Floor Staff

The Club Country Bar is hiring Floor Staff in Eau Claire, WI. We are looking for high energy, fun individuals to work in the bar industry. We strive to keep our teammates and customers experience clean, safe and fun. No experience necessary, we will train in all positions and duties.

Teammate Responsibilities:

• Greet customers
• Check ID's and validate the customers are at least 21 years old
• Protect premises from vandalism and theft
• Maintain a fun, safe and clean environment
• Report any unusual occurrences
• Check in out of bar/restaurant

Requirements:

• Customer service approach with a positive attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team with other staff members
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time; must be able to shift one’s body position from side to side. The ability to bend, stoop, kneel or stand up to six hours a day.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
