The Manager will report to and will be responsible for:
- Manage the employees and activities of the fine dining restaurant.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Support employees on the floor.
- May be responsible for maintaining inventory of service items and/or bar beverages
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Manages organization of supplies and equipment
- Get close to the book
- Following sanitation guidelines
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 1 year experience as a manager or maitre d'hotel
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine/
- Impeccable service standards, clean work habits and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a high volume environment while always maintaining professionalism
- Proven ability to lead others and positively influence employee behavior
- Professional, polished appearance
- Ability to interact with all types of guests and team members
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
- Computer knowledge (Toast, Resy, Word and Excel) is a must
Preferred Skills:
- good sense of how the books flow through the night and is able to make decisions on the fly for the seatings.
Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)
