Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced floor Manager to join our team. As the floor Manager, you will lead your crew consisting or yourself, bartender, and captain. Your responsibilities will include managing food preps during events, communication with both crew and host, keeping a clean environment, docking the boat (you will be trained to dock the boat), etc. A successful floor Manager must provide excellent customer service and have strong organizational abilities. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure successful events and happy customers in order to grow our business.
Responsibilities:
- speaking with host to determine final event details (day of)
- Manage food and staff
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- docking the boat
- cleaning before and after events
- Previous experience as a manager/leader in hospitality or food service
- Knowledge of food safety regulation
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work weekend and holiday shifts, as necessary
- Education in hospitality or culinary arts is preferred but not required
