Floor Manager

The Mission:

• Lead, train and inspire the team to find the balance in working hard while having fun with customers and fellow employees
• Manage the overall operations of the store in the absence of the owner
• Develop a customer-centric culture that makes Pump House an awesome place for dessert and friendly place to hang out

What you need to bring:

• Exceptional people skills
• Leadership experience
• Flexible schedule
• Valid driver's license, insurance and means of transportation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
