Location: 50-mile radius from your home.
Schedule: Full Time or Part-Time, minimum requirement of 2 days per week and 1 weekend per month.
Compensation: Up to $130,000 per year.

As a Floating Nurse, you will have the unique advantage of providing personalized care to patients in the comfort of their homes, offering a level of autonomy and connection that goes beyond the confines of a single facility.
Floating Nurse Responsibilities:
- Helping with company growth and being flexible on driving into areas we have overflow clients.
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, ensuring proper dosages and adherence to medication schedules.
- Provide specialized wound care and treatment to patients with acute or chronic wounds. Assess wound healing progress, apply appropriate dressings, and implement infection prevention measures to facilitate optimal recovery and prevent complications.
- Empower patients and their families through health education, offering guidance on managing chronic conditions, promoting healthy lifestyle choices, and addressing potential risks.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patients assessments, care plans, and interventions. Ensure timely and effective communication with the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and other professionals, to facilitate coordinated care and continuity of treatment.
Floating Nurse Qualifications:
- Active nursing license in the state of Minnesota
- Valid Drivers License and ability to drive 50 miles from home.
- Clinical experience, preferably in home care or related fields.
- Strong assessment and care planning skills.
- Excellent communication and empathy.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
