Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum for children in a childcare program.
- Deliver engaging lessons that promote learning and development in areas such as literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- Provide early intervention support to children with special needs to help them achieve their developmental goals.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents or caregivers.
- Collaborate with other teachers and professionals to ensure the holistic development of each child.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other relevant documentation.
Experience Preferred:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Familiarity with special education strategies and techniques for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
