Minimum 2-year college degree in any area, or 60 hours of college work, or passing score on the Paraprofessional exam required for Title I Schools
Ability to multi-task and work under minimal supervision
Innovative, creative and self-motivated
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with elementary school students preferred
Cooperative, able to work with supervising teachers and other staff members
Skill in interpersonal relations with pupils, parents, teachers, staff and the general public
Outstanding references from current and former supervisors
Satisfactory SLED (SC Law Enforcement Division) report
Salary Range: Pay Grade 103
Length of Contract: 185 days/7 hours per day
Starting Date: 2023 - 2024 School Year
