Job Summary: Being a Flight instructor is a leadership position that affects many lives. Flight instructors are responsible for maintaining safety while teaching student everything necessary to succeed as a pilot.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain a schedule of 40 scheduled hours
Making sure that airplanes are clean for each flight
Communicating issues with maintenance
Being prepared for each lesson
Verifying student documentation is complete
Follow, teach, and log lessons using the syllabus
Maintain student progress
Office cleanliness
Arriving 30 min before the first flight of the day to ensure the plane is ready to go
Follow Company Standard operating procedures

Education and Experience:
Commercial ASEL, CFI
CFII and MEI preferred
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
