Flight Instructor
Duties:
- Conduct flight training sessions for students, including ground instruction and in-flight lessons
- Teach students the principles of flight, aircraft systems, navigation, and emergency procedures
- Demonstrate proper techniques and maneuvers for takeoff, landing, and in-flight operations
- Provide guidance and feedback to students to help them improve their flying skills
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials to support student learning
- Monitor student progress and track their flight hours and training milestones
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety protocols during training sessions
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Flight Instructor certificate (CFI)
- Previous instructor experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of aviation principles, aircraft systems, and navigation procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively instruct and interact with students
- Ability to analyze data and provide constructive feedback to students
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate student schedules

The first 90 days are considered a trial period where pay is $20/hr. Once past the 90 day performance review, the employee is eligible for a pay raise to $25/hr.
