Flight Coordinator

A day as a Flight Coordinator:

• Maintain professional communication with different channels and distributes all incoming operational information to the affected departments.
• Ensures production processes, quality standards and deadlines and accuracy are met to hand over DO & CO’s high-end products to their aircraft crew in person without delays.
• Ensures products and trolleys meet the utmost quality standards at all times and the delivery is done according to the customer’s instructions.
• Conducts physical counts and pack additional equipment or products.
• Identifies procedures that can be improved and puts forward suggestions for more efficiency and customer care.
• Confirms special meals and correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed and assigned correctly.
• Work alongside a team of Food Packers with a Hands-on approach.
• Assists in assembly line when necessary, setting up trays, preparing and packaging food inside a cooler/refrigerated area.
• Assists in inventory taking when needed.
• Ensures Hygiene and Food Safety standards are always met and reports problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.

• Excellent planning and coordination skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Hands-on approach
• Ability to work 50% of the day inside a cooler/refrigerated area
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and with a diversified clientele
• Capacity to work well within a team as well as exhibit leadership skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience preferably in customer service is beneficial
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Computer literate
• Must have flexible availability
