- Maintain professional communication with different channels and distributes all incoming operational information to the affected departments.
- Ensures production processes, quality standards and deadlines and accuracy are met to hand over DO & CO’s high-end products to their aircraft crew in person without delays.
- Ensures products and trolleys meet the utmost quality standards at all times and the delivery is done according to the customer’s instructions.
- Conducts physical counts and pack additional equipment or products.
- Identifies procedures that can be improved and puts forward suggestions for more efficiency and customer care.
- Confirms special meals and correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed and assigned correctly.
- Work alongside a team of Food Packers with a Hands-on approach.
- Assists in assembly line when necessary, setting up trays, preparing and packaging food inside a cooler/refrigerated area.
- Assists in inventory taking when needed.
- Ensures Hygiene and Food Safety standards are always met and reports problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.

Who you are:

- Ability to work 50% of the day inside a cooler/refrigerated area
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and with a diversified clientele
- Capacity to work well within a team as well as exhibit leadership skills
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience preferably in customer service is beneficial
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Computer literate
- Must have flexible availability
