Overview:Coastal Waste & Recycling is experiencing explosive growth and with growth comes opportunity. We are a privately-owned, locally-operated solid waste disposal and recycling company focused exclusively on serving the people and businesses within our region. We are currently adding a Fleet Maintenance Manager to help support this growth.
Responsibilities:The Fleet Maintenance Manager is responsible for providing direction to Maintenance Managers, supervisors, and technicians by
- Ensuring the overall fleet condition, equipment reliability, and cost effective fleet performance
- Overseeing the coordination, planning, and scheduling of all repair work to ensure maximum up-time for all vehicles in the fleet
- Assist with hiring, training, and development of diesel mechanics
- Overseeing the procurement process by leveraging relationships with vendors

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
