Position Overview
The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing onboarding company vehicles that have been newly assigned to the field offices, along with maintaining records within our database systems. Must have intermediate knowledge of SAP and Excel.
Job Duties
- Coordinate onboarding of equipment to field operations
- Track and create fleet unit numbers for newly purchased equipment
- Track and maintain vehicle records from external vendors including all Invoices, Buyers Orders, Titles, MSO’s, manufacturer line sheets, etc.
- Update equipment master record within SAP system with pertinent vehicle information
- Manage equipment databases against standards set by management
- Process Goods Receipts for newly purchased equipment within Accounts Payable system and SAP
- Maintain equipment creation reporting in Excel
- Assist with analyzing and tracking fuel utilization
- Maintain an effective relationship with Fleet Buyers, Fleet Coordinators, and other team members
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels within the organization
- Assist with process improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Reports directly to Fleet Systems Manager
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of fleet/equipment experience
- Experience working with data in SAP and Excel
- Comfortability with equipment specifications, equipment maintenance, and records keeping
- Ability to present analysis to higher level management
