SalaryThe Fixed Ops Assistant at Town Nissan works with the Fixed Ops Director to ensure professional, timely, and accurate delivery of services and communication from the department to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work within a diverse workforce; maintain a professional business appearance, demeanor, and neat workspace. Arrive to work on time and job ready. Understand, as a representative of the company, high-level work standards are required at all times in both service and behavior. Maintain a positive attitude and participate in training and coaching.
- Work with Fixed Ops Director to ensure professional, timely, and accurate delivery of services and communication from the department to customers.
- Assist with all service department phone calls ensuring customers are receiving prompt communication, including calling customers when vehicle is ready for pick up.
- Schedule express service appointments.
- Assist with reception, cashier, and the rental fleet.
- Process PDIs (Pre-delivery Inspection) by collecting vehicle books and assembling key tags.
- Process all "we owes" by handling the customer process: order parts, schedule customers, coordinate required vendors, etc.
- Submit and fax all aftermarket warranty and fleet maintenance claims.
- Remain current on all dealership required training and certifications.
- Participate in both department and dealership meetings.
- Work with Reynolds & Reynolds regarding software challenges which may arise.
- Perform other duties as assigned and adapt as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License or equivalent. All licenses must be converted to a Washington State License within 30 days of employment.
- Driving record in good standing
- Experience in relating effectively with co-workers, supervisors, customers, vendors and the general public.
- 1-2 year experience in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License or equivalent. All licenses must be converted to a Washington State License within 30 days of employment.
