Location: San Jose/CA

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $35/Hr.

• The position will be onsite 5 days per week.

What You’ll Do As a Fixed Asset Support, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the team with a high level of independence, ensuring efficient operations of the Fixed Asset team.

Confirm R&D SSD delivery by entering serial no. per BR in FAMS (Fixed Asset Management System).

• Tagging asset labels to SSD and release to R&D group support administrator
• Coordinate monthly SSD audits with
• Engineers’ teams Prepare inventory (Accessories) resupply order and submit.
• Purchase Request. Confirm deliveries related to Investment PO in the
• Fixed Asset Management System.
• Create asset master in NERP (SAP).
• Tag asset labels and release items to the requestor.
• Update photo of new assets in
• Fixed Asset Management System.
• Perform physical Fixed Asset Audit (semi-annually).

Requirements

• What You Bring 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor required.
• SAP database experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
