What You'll Do
As a Fixed Asset Support, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the team with a high level of independence, ensuring efficient operations of the Fixed Asset team.
- Confirm R&D SSD delivery by entering serial no. per BR in FAMS (Fixed Asset Management System).
- Tagging asset labels to SSD and release to R&D group support administrator
- Coordinate monthly SSD audit with Engineers teams
- Prepare inventory (Accessories) resupply order and submit Purchase Request.
- Confirm deliveries related to Investment PO in the Fixed Asset Management System.
- Create asset master in NERP (SAP).
- Tag asset labels and release items to the requestor.
- Update photo of new assets in Fixed Asset Management System.
- Perform physical Fixed Asset Audit (semi-annually).
Location:Working onsite at our San Jose headquarter 5 days per week.
What You Bring
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor required.
- SAP database experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- You're inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people.
- An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding.
